RESOLVES:
Article 1. The usage specifications and possible extensions of the EMV QRCPS standard applied to the BR Code are detailed in the BR Code Manual.
Sole Paragraph. The BR Code Manual is available on the page regarding payment arrangements integrated into the SPB on the website of the Central Bank of Brazil on the internet.
Article 2. All payment arrangements whose transactions can be initiated through the BR Code must be transparent to the paying user.
Article 3. This Circular Letter enters into force on April 1.
