The Banco de Portugal discloses the reporting models for Financing and Capital Plans with a reference date of December 31, 2018, along with the macroeconomic and financial scenario description and other necessary guidelines for institutions to perform the exercise and provide the required information. This circular fulfills Article 9 of Instruction No. 18/2015, which establishes the regulatory framework for these plans, and is addressed to banks, the Central Credit Agricultural Mutual Fund, Agricultural Credit Mutual Funds, and Savings Banks.
