Circular Letter No. CC/2026/00000003
The Banco de Portugal discloses the reporting models for Financing and Capital Plans, the macroeconomic and financial scenario description, and other guidance necessary for institutions to perform the exercise and provide information for the plan with a reference date of 31 December 2025. This circular fulfills Article 9 of Instruction No. 18/2015, which establishes the regulatory framework for these plans. The information is contained in the Annex.
