Circular Letter on Industry Consultation for Draft Pillar 3 Market Disclosures Guideline and Template
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago invites feedback from all licensees and financial holding companies under the Financial Institutions Act on the draft Pillar 3 Market Disclosures Guideline and Disclosures Template. The consultation seeks comments on the proposed disclosure requirements for capital, risk exposures, and liquidity ratios, as mandated by Regulation 7 of the Capital Regulations. Submissions must be sent electronically to Baselconsultation@central-bank.org.tt by July 30, 2025.
