Circular Letter on Merger of Rural Bank of Bambang (Nueva Vizcaya), Inc. and Rural Bank of Aritao, Inc.
The merger of Rural Bank of Bambang (Nueva Vizcaya), Inc. as the surviving corporation and Rural Bank of Aritao, Inc. as the absorbed corporation took effect on 10 June 2026. This action transfers the entire assets and liabilities of Rural Bank of Aritao, Inc. to Rural Bank of Bambang (Nueva Vizcaya), Inc., following Securities and Exchange Commission approval of the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on 18 September 2025. All BSP-supervised financial institutions are notified of this corporate restructuring for information and guidance.
