Circular Letter – Revised CIS Volume Report
The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the implementation of a Revised Volume Report for Collective Investment Schemes effective September 1, 2023. This new reporting framework requires managers to submit detailed data on governance, assets, liquidity, and climate-related risks to enhance sector monitoring. CIS Managers must submit the first revised report for the month ending September 30, 2023, to the designated inbox by October 16, 2023.
