The foreign direct investment surveys concern all direct investment relationships that the declarants have established in their capacity as subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or branches of a non-resident investor, or with their own subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or branches established abroad.
The questionnaires and the explanatory notes relating thereto can be downloaded, in French and English, from the BCL website (www.bcl.lu).
In the event of a discrepancy between the French and English texts, the French version shall prevail.
The completed questionnaires must be submitted before June 15, 2016. If your institution experiences delays, we invite you to inform us of this before this date, via a duly motivated letter.
