The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all general insurance companies to submit Form B4 Schedules for the financial year ending 2016. Unaudited submissions are due by January 31, 2017, and audited submissions by June 30, 2017, including a new Methods sheet and data on non-reinsurance recoveries for Motor class business. The Inspector of Financial Institutions mandates these filings to ensure adequate reserves for outstanding claims under Section 51(1) of the Insurance Act.
