Financial entities may count new or refinanced loans to individuals and businesses affected by the March 7, 2025 storms and floods in Bahía Blanca toward the Minimum SME Quota until September 30, 2025. For these affected debtors, the grace period for calculating delinquency is extended to up to 75 days for Category 1, 76 to 135 days for Category 2, and 136 to 225 days for Category 3, also effective until September 30, 2025. These measures do not improve the debtor's pre-existing classification and require financial institutions to archive certification of the disaster's impact in the credit file.
