Rule · BCRA · 20 Sep 1999 · A 2991
Financial entities must submit compliance programs within 20 calendar days if integration defects exceed 20% of the minimum adjusted liquidity requirement for two consecutive or four alternating months, or if charges are paid for three consecutive or four alternating months. These obligations replace point 3.2 of the rules on minimum liquidity requirements and apply while specific triggering situations are not configured. Regularization plans prohibit deposit growth in pesos, foreign currency, and securities from exceeding previous monthly average daily balances starting the first day of the month following the submission request. The plan does not impede entity transformation, subsidiary installation, participation increases, or representation offices.
