The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic amends Section 1.1.2.1 of the regulations on the relationship for immobilized assets and other concepts, effective August 1, 2000. The amendment defines specific facilities granted to facilitate installment sales of entity assets as immobilized assets when three conditions are met: lack of credit analysis, related-party borrowing involving debt originators or creditors, or terms more favorable than market standards. Financial entities are required to apply this classification and utilize the updated ordered text of the norms provided in the circular's annex.
