TO THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS:

Ref.: Circular MONETARY REGULATIONS - RE-MON - 1 - 209. Operations at regulated rates and adjustable by price index. Procedural rules

We address you with reference to the procedural rules made known by Communications "A" 625 and "A" 626 of the 12th and 15th of the current month.

We inform you that it has been resolved to extend the deadline for the submission of forms 4023 and 4024 for financial institutions with head office or central office outside the Federal Capital and Greater Buenos Aires, until the 22nd of the current month at 12.

In order to expedite the processing of said elements, the institutions must submit Form 4023 directly to the Administrative Control Department, 5th floor of Pte. Juan D. Perón 990, and Form 4024 to the Rediscount Department, 11th floor of the Cangallo Building, Reconquista 266.

We clarify that, in the event that the corresponding forms 3030 are not submitted with the presentation of the aforementioned forms, this Institution will proceed equally to make the pertinent accounting entries.
