Institutions may apply unavailable-deposit funds (Communication "A" 617) to cancel Consolidated loans and extend credit terms (Communication "A" 22) without altering client contractual conditions. Interfinancial loans must be made exclusively between entities of the same character, per Communication "A" 613, Annex II, point 1.2.
