Circular Monetary Regulations - REMON 1 - 37. Use of Central Bank Loans

Financial entities experiencing administrative difficulties in applying the mechanism established in Circular REMON-1-30 are permitted to daily deduct from the 'Net use of additional loan not yet credited by the BCRA' accounts the amounts actually received as principal, interest, and adjustments for credit operations allocated to 'Basic' or 'Additional' loans. This option, which reduces profitability, may be discontinued once the entities' computer systems are adequately adapted, provided prior notice is given to the Central Bank. Procedural rules related to this circular will be issued subsequently.
