CIRCULAR No. 08/CREPMF/2022 ON PERIODIC REPORTS OF COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT FUNDS

The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) mandates approved Collective Investment Undertakings (OPC) and OPC Management Companies in the West African Monetary Union to submit periodic reports containing specified tabular data on assets, client counts, subscriptions, redemptions, net asset values, portfolio changes, and remuneration. These quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports must adhere to a standardized presentation order outlined in Annex I, be made freely available to investors upon request, and comply with the definitions set forth in Instruction No. 66/CREPMF/2021. The Circular, effective upon publication, ensures transparent and consistent financial reporting across the regional market by standardizing disclosure formats and dividend advance calculations.
