Circular No. 13 of 2024 – Increase of Fees in Seventh Schedule to the Companies Act, 2017
Fees specified in sub-items (1), (2), and (8) of item I, sub-item (7) of item II, sub-item (7) of item III, and sub-item (5) of item IV of the Seventh Schedule to the Companies Act, 2017, are increased by 10%. This adjustment takes effect on April 21, 2024, one year after the original notification dated April 20, 2023. The revised fee structure applies to all entities subject to the Companies Act, 2017, including companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
