Circular No. 17 – Saeedni Wa Khudh Biyadi Charity Association
The Palestine Monetary Authority, via Circular No. 17/2025 dated February 24, 2025, instructs all Palestinian banks to freeze the bank accounts of Saeedni Wa Khudh Biyadi Charity Association (Registration No. C-3467-BL). This freeze remains in effect until the Association rectifies its regulatory status with the Ministry of Interior and secures official approval for a new Board of Directors and authorized signatories. The directive, supported by an attached letter from the Ministry's General Administration for Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs, mandates immediate compliance to ensure proper governance and operational continuity.
