The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on 05.07.94, based on the provisions of Article 33 of Law No. 8,177, of 01.03.91,
DECIDED:
Art. 1º The formation of consortium groups for movable goods and services with installments and credit linked to a price index is prohibited.
Art. 2º This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication.
