The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on 14.09.95, having regard to the provisions of art. 1 of Provisional Measure No. 1106 of 29.08.95,

DECIDED:

Art. 1 Fix at R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) the fine referred to in art. 2 of Circular No. 2408 of 02.03.94.

Art. 2 This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication.
