The Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, based on the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 4 of Resolution No. 2203 of 28.09.95, of the National Monetary Council,

HAS DECIDED:

Art. 1st To reduce the initial discount of 25% (twenty-five percent) referred to in paragraph 1 of art. 4 of Resolution No. 2203 of 28.09.95, to 0% (zero percent).

Art. 2nd This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication.
