Rule · BCB · 5 Oct 1995 · Circular 2627
Consortium groups for automobiles, pickups, and utility vehicles must set durations between 50 and 60 months, while existing groups are also bound. Unmarketed titles for specific national consortia are cancelled, and marketed titles cease upon acquisition. Bidding is prohibited for groups formed after 20.10.94, but permitted for those formed by 19.10.94, capped at 10% of the good’s value. Advance payments for non-contemplrated members are similarly limited to 10%. Contemplrated members may acquire used goods from legal entities with administrator authorization, subject to reimbursement for losses. Authorization for home appliance and electronics groups remains suspended indefinitely. This Circular enters into force upon publication, revoking Circulars No. 2,496, 2,543, and 2,600.
Sets minimum and maximum duration periods for groups of consortiums for automobiles, pickups, and utility vehicles, cancels unmarketed quotas as specified, and establishes new conditions for the acquisition of used goods.
