Greetings,
The Central Bank of Jordan is keen to ensure the protection of financial consumers and achieve positive results for them when dealing with the financial and banking sector, and to keep pace with global trends of regulatory bodies to encourage the financial sector to transform towards the Customer-Centric Approach and change their institutional culture to support this approach.
We inform you of the issuance of the "Guideline for Implementing the Customer-Centric Approach" and request its publication on the Central Bank of Jordan's website.
