CIRCULAR N. 002791 ------------------ Provides for the collection established by Resolution No. 2.442, of 12.11.97. The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on 10.12.97, based on arts. 66 and 67 of Law No. 9.069, of 29.06.95, and taking into account the provisions of art. 9, paragraph 1, of the Regulation annexed to Resolution No. 1.980, of 30.04.93, as amended by Resolution No. 2.386, of 22.05.97, and in art. 2 of Resolution No. 2.442, of 12.11.97, D E C I D E D: Art. 1 The collection referred to in art. 2 of Resolution No. 2.442, of 12.11.97, shall observe the procedures established by Circular No. 2.758, of 23.05.97. Art. 2 The updating, for the reference month, of the amount of the requirement calculated for the month of October 1997 shall be made, as of 01.11.97, inclusive, by the same updating and interest indices relating to the 1st day of each month applicable to savings deposits.
