Rule · BCB · 11 Oct 1999 · Circular 2935
Circular No. 2935 establishes that applications for new public sector credit operations must follow the registration order in the CADIP system, with specific data requirements for the DEDIP transaction. It mandates a five-day confirmation window and a thirty-day documentation submission period, with failure to meet these deadlines resulting in the cancellation of the registration. The circular also updates regulations for Revenue Anticipation Operations (ARO), revoking previous articles and specifying that operations advertised by CETIP before September 23, 1999, may proceed under prior rules, while defining calculation methodologies for primary results and net revenue.
Discloses instructions regarding the rules for credit contingency to the public sector and limits for the realization of new operations.
