Circular No. 313 on Purchase Permits
The Palestine Monetary Authority and the Palestinian Cabinet of Ministers issued Circular No. 313 to enforce Cabinet Decision No. 18/176, which establishes revised criteria and auditing mechanisms for issuing purchase permits to Palestinians holding foreign nationality.
