Dispenses on the submission of information regarding tariffed services and their respective values, by financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil.
The Collegiate Board of the CENTRAL BANK OF BRAZIL, in a session held on February 20, 2008, based on Articles 11 and 15 of Resolution No. 3,518, of December 6, 2007,
DECIDED:
Article 1. Financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate
by the Central Bank of Brazil must submit information regarding tariffed services and their respective values through the PESP580 transaction of the Central Bank Information System - Sisbacen.
§ 1. The submission of information must be carried out observing a deadline of thirty days before the start of billing, in cases of increase in tariff value and start of billing for a new tariff.
§ 2. The reduction of the tariff value must be reported by the next business day following the occurrence.
Article 2. The Department of Monitoring of the Financial System and Information Management (DESIG) is authorized to adopt the necessary measures for the execution of the provisions of this
circular.
Article 3. This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication.
