Circular No. 35/2025: Winter Time in Palestine
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 35/2025 to all banks operating in Palestine, mandating the implementation of winter time. The directive requires clocks to be set back by sixty minutes starting at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025. This measure is based on Article 73 of Law No. 9 of 2010 concerning Banks and a decision by the Council of Ministers.
