The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on November 26, 2014, based on Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, Art. 1, sole paragraph, item II, and Art. 5 of Resolution No. 3,998 of July 28, 2011,
R E S O L V E:
Art. 1 Credit assignment operations related to unsecured personal loans (without payroll deduction of installments), as well as those related to financing for the acquisition of movable assets, must be registered by the assignor and the assignee, in accordance with Resolution No. 3,998 of July 28, 2011, according to the following schedule:
I - from the entry into force of this Circular, if one of the parties to the credit assignment operation has at any time entered into a fiduciary credit assignment contract for guarantee of credits of these same modalities with the Credit Guarantee Fund; and
II - from June 1, 2015, in other cases.
Sole Paragraph. The same conditions established in the current regulation for the registration of credit assignment operations for loans and financing with payroll deduction of installments and for vehicle financing apply to the registration referred to in the caput.
Art. 2 This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication.
