In this regard, I inform you that, with the purpose that your represented entity carries out the update of the information regarding the Uniform International Industrial Classification – CIIU of the ECRs, in accordance with CIIU Revision 4, currently in force 1 in Peru, the option to modify said information has been made available to you in the MVNet System, directly, through the following route: «Information Obligations > General Communications > CIIU version 4 data registration». Likewise, to facilitate the aforementioned update, the «User Guide: CIIU Update» (Annex) is attached. Finally, it is necessary to clarify that this circular does not require a response since its nature is solely orientative, preventive, and referential; therefore, it does not exempt your represented entity from the responsibility incumbent upon it to know, analyze, and observe the securities market regulations, and consequently, to fully comply with the information submission obligations that are exigible to it.

User Guide for the Update of the Uniform International Industrial Code — CIIU

1. Access to the MVNet System
   User 1 must log in to the MVNet System.
2. Select the data form for the CIIU update
   2.1. From the Obligated Entity: Issuers, Risk Classification Companies
   The User of the obligated entity must go to the «Information Obligations» menu, select the «General Communications» option, and subsequently the form titled «CIIU version 4 data registration».

1 Users of the MVNet System must be previously authorized and registered in the «MVNet User Registry» of the SMV.

The User must enter the CIIU of the company's main activity, and, if applicable, of secondary activities.

Upon clicking «Save», the information incorporated in the data form will be automatically published on the SMV Institutional Page on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv).
2.2. From entities that are part of the economic group of an Obligated Entity
The User of the entity responsible for updating the economic group information must select the «Economic Group» option. a) In the «General Data» tab:
The User must update the Main Business Lines of the group by pressing the «Add» button.
For each Business Line registered, the percentage (%) that it represents of the economic group's revenue level must be indicated.

b) In the «Entities and Related Parties» tab:
The User must select the Non-Obligated Entity, select the «General Data» button, register the corresponding CIIU and «Save».

Upon finishing the update of all Non-Obligated Entities, select «Save and Generate PDF».
3. Signature and Submission
Once the steps for generating documents are completed, the User accredited to sign the communication must log in to the «General Options» menu and select the «Signature and Submission» option, where the prepared information is located. Similarly, the User accredited to sign the communication may review the information to be sent via the icon . Once they have given their consent, they will sign each of the documents and select the «Send» checkbox.
4. Automatic Dissemination
Upon «Sending» the information registered in the data form, it will be automatically published on the SMV Institutional Page on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv). December, 2024
