Circular No. ID 10/19: Conversion of Hardcopy Submissions to Electronic Submissions

Insurers are strongly encouraged to replace hardcopy submissions with email submissions to their MAS liaison officer, copying id_registry@mas.gov.sg. Submissions must be in a text-extractable format, with signatures affixed digitally or scanned. To safeguard information, companies should submit a single password-protected .zip file named “FI Code_Company name_<Title/ Description of Document>”. Senders must be known to the liaison officer, and if not the signatory, the signatory must be copied.
