Circular Office Announcing Federal Dependencies, Paraestatal Entities, and the Attorney General's Office Subject to Free Trade Agreements and National Currency Conversion for First Semester 2023
The document establishes the national currency thresholds for public procurement contracts under specified Free Trade Agreements for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2023. It sets the threshold at 1,767,290.00 pesos for acquisition, lease, and service contracts, and 229,747,549.00 pesos for public works contracts for federal dependencies. For paraestatal entities, the thresholds are set at 8,836,432.00 pesos for acquisitions, leases, and services, and 282,779,429.00 pesos for public works. These values are derived using the exchange rate of 19.1433 pesos per dollar determined by the Bank of Mexico on December 1, 2022.
