Circular on Authorised Under Threshold Class B Company Service Providers following Act X of 2025
Act X of 2025, effective 16 May 2025, increases the maximum involvements for authorised Under Threshold Class B Company Service Providers from ten to twenty. Individuals retaining this status must return their original Annex to the Authorisation Certificate for replacement with an updated version reflecting the new limit. Those wishing to convert to Limited Company Service Provider status must submit a template letter by 30 September 2025, while those seeking Restricted Company Service Provider status must first request voluntary cancellation of their authorisation and confirm their involvements are not provided by way of business and are limited to five across two groups.
