Greetings,
Based on the provisions of Article (45/A) of the Central Bank of Jordan Law No. (23) of 1971 and its amendments, and within the framework of the Central Bank of Jordan's commitment to addressing changes in the credit ratings of banks operating in the Kingdom, please provide us with, effective from the date of this circular, the most recent credit rating report prepared for the bank by global credit rating agencies, accompanied by their credit evaluation reports, and any updates to those evaluations and reports in the future, at the following levels:
First: The bank, the banking group, and any entity within the banking group, for local banks only.
Second: The parent banks of foreign banks operating in the Kingdom.
