Circular on Extending Compliance Deadline for Specialized Finance and Crowdfunding Companies
The Central Bank of Jordan extends the compliance deadline for specialized finance companies and lending-based crowdfunding companies to 13 July 2025. This extension applies to the requirements of the Finance Companies Law No. (107) of 2021 and its amendments. The new deadline replaces previous timelines for meeting these statutory provisions.

Circular to Specialized Finance Companies and Lending-Based Crowdfunding Companies
Greetings,
Based on the provisions of paragraph (b/2) of Article (20) of the Finance Companies Law No. (107) of 2021 and its amendments, it has been decided to extend the compliance deadline for specialized finance companies and lending-based crowdfunding companies to meet the requirements of the aforementioned System provisions, ending on 13/7/2025.
