Circular on Implementing UN Security Council Resolutions 1267, 1989, 2253, 1988, and 1373
The Governor of the Saudi Central Bank issued Circular No. 10/4/2018 to banks operating in the Kingdom, instructing them to implement Instructions Nos. 1, 2, and 3 of 2018. These instructions, issued by the National Committee for Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, operationalize obligations arising from UN Security Council Resolutions 1267, 1989, 2253, 1988, and 1373.
