The MFSA mandates that credit institutions, including foreign branches, submit EBA-developed regulatory requirements via the LH Portal using the XBRL-CSV format for reports with a reference date of 31 December 2025 and later. Submissions for earlier reference dates, including resubmissions, must continue to use the XBRL-XML format. The Authority will provide a pre-production testing environment in Q4 2025 to support technical adaptation, while the LH Portal will implement automated validation checks to reject incorrect file types based on the reference date.
