Circular on the Benchmarks Regulation (BMR) – Update to the Information Gathered relating to the Use of Benchmarks
The MFSA requests all market participants, excluding insurance intermediaries, to complete and return a form detailing their exposure to critical and other benchmarks as of 30 September 2023. Submissions must be emailed to benchmarks@mfsa.mt by Friday, 01 December 2023, with no NIL returns required for non-users. Entities failing to provide feedback by the deadline will be considered non-users of benchmarks for regulatory purposes.
