Financial entities must denominate fixed-term deposits with a Coefficient of Reference Stabilization ("CER") clause in pesos, funded via cash, checking, or savings accounts, with a minimum term of 90 days. Certificates must display "Renewable" for automatic renewals, include specific holder data, and be delivered definitively without provisional receipts. Entities must prevent forgery by retaining altered certificates, filing police complaints, and archiving cancelled ones for 10 years. a) Fixed-term deposits of 30 days or more (average). b) Loans to holders of the non-financial or financial sector. On the average rate of this option, the depositary entities may apply the discount percentage they freely agree with the depositor, which must remain invariable during the total agreed term. c) Obligations contracted with banks abroad, affiliated or not, (average). d) Offered between banks - Buenos Aires. ii) LIBOR for segments of 30 days or more.
