Time Deposits and Investments. Modification. Update of the Consolidated Text. We address you to inform you that this Institution adopted the following resolution:

"- Replace point 2.5.5.3. of Section 2. of the regulations on "Time Deposits and Investments", with the following:

2.5.5.3. Stock market indices.
i) Merval (Buenos Aires). ii) Burcap (Buenos Aires). iii) Dow Jones (New York). iv) Standard & Poor’s (New York). v) Bovespa (Sao Paulo). vi) Ipsa (Santiago de Chile). vii) FTSE (London). viii) CAC (Paris). ix) DAX (Frankfurt). x) Nikkei (Tokyo). xi) IPC (Mexico). xii) Dow Jones Euro 50 (STOXX 50)."

Attached we send you the pages that should be incorporated into the aforementioned consolidation in replacement of those previously provided, in order to contemplate this modification.
