Circular-PI-MA-8 – Levies
Registered medical aid funds must pay annual levies to NAMFISA for the levy year commencing April 01, 2005, consisting of a basic levy of N$2,000.00 and an additional levy of N$12.00 for each principal member as at the end of the preceding year. These payments must be made via deposit into the Authority's bank account at Standard Bank Namibia, Gustav Voigt Branch. The levy amounts remain unchanged from the previous period.
