Circular to Licensed Banks
Based on the provisions of Article (45/A) of the Central Bank of Jordan Law No. (23) of 1971 and its amendments, And in continuation of our Circular No. (831/2/10) dated 21/1/2010, please work on amending the attachment of the aforementioned circular to include providing us with data on the number and volume of direct credit facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have been accepted and those that have been rejected. This should be based on the unified definition of small and medium-sized enterprises contained in our Circular No. (436/5/10) dated 11/1/2011 and according to the attached table, on a monthly basis starting from the data for the month of August 2013. These data must reach us no later than the fifth working day of each month.
