Greetings,
Based on the provisions of Article (45/A) of the Central Bank of Jordan Law No. (23) of 1971 and its amendments, please instruct the relevant parties to provide the Central Bank with the following:
Data on your institution's investments as of 31/3/2009 compared with 31/12/2008 and 30/6/2008 at the level of bank branch data in Jordan and consolidated financial statements (bank branches in Jordan and abroad and local and foreign subsidiaries), as well as exposed accounts with affiliated financial brokerage companies according to the three attached tables.
Continue providing us with the data mentioned in item (1) above on a monthly basis at the level of bank branch data in Jordan and exposed accounts with financial brokerage companies, and on a quarterly basis at the level of consolidated financial statements, such that this data reaches us no later than the fifteenth day of the month following the date of that data.
Auditor's certificate regarding the adequacy of impairment provisions for facilities and investments, as well as the correctness of investment recording, at the level of bank branch data in Jordan and consolidated financial statements, as well as the auditor's certificate on the correctness of calculating the impairment test for goodwill, if any, on a quarterly basis and starting from your financial data for the first quarter of 2009.
