His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank

For administrative and regulatory purposes, the issuance of the new magnetic service cards, specific to the Syrian community, which carry watermarks, has begun. To prevent any issues from arising, please instruct the relevant parties to circulate this to all licensed banks operating in the Kingdom to adopt the new magnetic service document, which carries the watermark, while maintaining the approval of the old card.
