Greetings,
Based on the provisions of Article (99/b) of the Banking Law No. (28) of 2000 and its amendments, and for the purpose of applying the Instructions of the Management of Banks' Foreign Currency Assets/Liabilities No. (2000/179) dated 5/7/2000 and subsequent Instructions No. (2006/32) dated 6/12/2006, I have decided the following:
First: Consider foreign currency swap contracts with the Jordanian Dinar that do not exceed a maturity of one year as Money Market Instruments.
Second: Apply the above from its date.
