Greetings,
With reference to your business continuity plans and given the importance of those plans in achieving the continuity of your critical operations, including electronic clearing activities, you are requested to appoint your external auditor to examine the reliability of the business continuity plan and provide us with reports clarifying the results of the examination, recommendations, and plans for compliance with the agreed recommendations regarding your clearing activities. The scope of the examination shall include the information and communications technology plan, including communication networks, host computers, databases, backup and recovery operations, application software, operating systems, and alternative operating sites. Additionally, the examination shall assess the suitability of the plan in terms of organization, decision-making mechanisms, gathering points, human elements, logistical resources, and service providers, throughout the plan's lifecycle (Planning - Implementation - Training - Examination - Continuous Update). You are required to provide the aforementioned within (60) days from the date of the above circular.
