Further to our letter No. (14473/10) dated 9/9/2007 regarding the classification of customer deposits by amount brackets, and based on the provisions of Article (45/A) of the Central Bank Law No. (23) of 1971 and its amendments, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles (12/B) and (32/A) of the Deposit Guarantee Corporation Law No. (33) of 2000.
Please proceed to add the following categories to the classification reports of customer deposits in Jordanian Dinar and foreign currencies that you submit to us quarterly:
Confirming the continuation of providing us with the two reports attached to our aforementioned letter, modified, on a quarterly basis starting from the financial data as of 30/9/2007.
