Further to our letter No. (10 / 2 / 19297) dated 4 / 11 / 1999, which included a modified form of the monthly statement and attached statements.
And based on the provisions of Article (45) of the Central Bank Law No. (23) of 1971 and its amendments, and the provisions of Article (69) of the Banks Law No. (28) of 2000, please proceed with the following:-
First: Classify Al-Balqa Applied University and the Employees Savings Fund of Al-Balqa Applied University under the public institutions category and under the numbers (55 / 1309) and (55 / 1311) respectively, in the form specific to the financial status of accounts of ministries, government institutions, and other institutions opened with you.
Second: Classify Bank of Beirut and its branches resident in Jordan under the category of deposits of banks (resident), within the monthly statement of assets and liabilities, in addition to classifying it under the banks deposits and balances statement under the number (1 / 48).
