Referring to your letter No. 3829/10/2/4 dated 23/3/2014 regarding the inquiry concerning the approval of the Service Card for the Syrian Community for residents in the Kingdom, which began to be distributed on 10/12/2012 by security centers in all governorates of the Kingdom.

Please be informed of the necessity for Syrians to obtain the Service Card for the Syrian Community mentioned above, and confirm that no financial or banking services are provided to them unless they present this card.
