Rule · BCRA · 2 Dec 2005 · A 4449
Financial entities must establish minimum cash in pesos for December 2005 through February 2006, calculated as the average of daily balances divided by the quarter’s days, using November’s total requirement for daily minimums. They must use monthly positions for current account remuneration settlements and February’s position for March’s residual maturity structure calculations. These entities must not allow daily minimum integration to fall below 35% of November 2005’s total requirement. This replaces point 1.3 of Section 1 of the norms on 'Minimum Cash' effective 1.12.05, applying to entities with CER clause deposits or those in the Deposit Rescheduling Regime.
