monetary

Financial entities must include special deposits linked to capital externalization in Central Bank account remuneration calculations. From 1.11.11, resource application defects are excluded from the minimum daily foreign currency integration requirement base. From 1.4.12, entities may deduct March 2012 cash integration amounts from the average minimum cash requirement, provided this deduction does not affect the minimum daily integration in pesos. The minimum daily integration in foreign currency requirement is suspended from 1.6.12. These provisions replace point 6.2.2 of Section 6 of the norms on Minimum Cash with effect from 1.8.12.
